1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Axdeo’s website (the "Site") or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Exchange Policy. If you disagree, do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility & Orders

  • You must be 18+ and a U.S. resident (including Hawaii/Alaska) to purchase.
  • Orders are offers to buy; we reserve the right to reject/cancel orders (e.g., out-of-stock, pricing errors, fraud).
  • Provide accurate shipping/payment info; we’re not liable for errors from incorrect details.
  • Order confirmation = receipt of your order; acceptance occurs when we ship (binding contract formed).

3. Payment & Pricing

  • Only PayPal is accepted (see Payment Policy for details).
  • Prices in USD; subject to change. Errors will be notified for cancellation or correction.
  • You’re responsible for applicable sales tax (added at checkout).

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Ships to U.S. mainland, Hawaii, Alaska (no international shipping).
  • Shipping terms (fees, delivery times, processing) follow our Shipping Policy.
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery; we’re not liable for carrier delays.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Follow Return & Exchange Policy: 30-day window, unused/un damaged items, free return shipping.
  • Refunds processed to PayPal within 1-3 business days after inspection.

6. Product & Intellectual Property

  • We strive for accurate product info but don’t warrant perfection.
  • 30-day limited warranty for manufacturing defects (excludes misuse/normal wear).
  • Site content (images, logos, text) is our intellectual property—no reproduction without permission.

7. Liability & Indemnification

  • We’re not liable for indirect damages (e.g., lost profits). Total liability ≤ order amount.
  • You indemnify us against claims from your misuse of the Site or violation of these terms.

8. Changes & Termination
