1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Axdeo website (the “Site”) or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Exchange Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use this Site.

2. Eligibility & Orders

  • You must be at least 18 years old and reside in the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii) to make a purchase.
  • All orders are considered offers to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information. We are not liable for delivery issues caused by incorrect details.
  • Order confirmation emails acknowledge receipt only; a binding contract is formed once your order is shipped.

3. Payment & Pricing

  • We currently accept PayPal only as a payment method.
  • All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and may change without notice.
  • If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel or correct the order and notify you accordingly.
  • Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship only within the United States, including mainland states, Alaska, and Hawaii. International shipping is not available.
  • Shipping fees, delivery estimates, and processing times are governed by our Shipping Policy.
  • Risk of loss and title transfer to the customer upon confirmed delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or external factors.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns must comply with our Return & Exchange Policy.
  • Eligible items may be returned within 30 days if unused, undamaged, and in original condition.
  • Refunds are issued to the original PayPal account within 1–3 business days after inspection and approval.

6. Product Information & Intellectual Property

  • We strive to ensure all product descriptions and images are accurate; however, we do not guarantee that all information is completely error-free.
  • Products are covered by a 30-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects only. Damage caused by misuse, improper care, or normal wear is not covered.

7. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axdeo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data.
  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.
  • You agree to indemnify and hold Axdeo harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California, unless otherwise required by law.
