Payment Policy
1. Accepted Payment Method
Axdeo exclusively accepts PayPal as the sole payment method for all orders. We do not support credit/debit cards, bank transfers, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or other payment platforms at this time. All transactions are processed through PayPal’s secure payment gateway to ensure the safety of your payment information.
2. Payment Processes
We offer two convenient payment flows to complete your purchase, both leveraging PayPal’s secure system:
2.1 Process 1: Add to Cart → Checkout
Step 1: Add Items to Cart
Browse our eyewear case collection, select your desired products (specify quantity if applicable), and click the "Add to Cart" button to store items in your shopping cart.
Step 2: Review Cart & Proceed to Checkout
Click the cart icon (typically located in the top-right corner of the website) to review your selected items, quantities, and estimated costs. Make adjustments (add/remove items) if needed, then click "Proceed to Checkout."
Step 3: Confirm Order Details
On the checkout page, verify your shipping address, review order summary (product prices, shipping fees if order value < $15, sales tax), and confirm "PayPal" as your payment method.
Step 4: Complete Payment via PayPal
Click "Complete Order" to be redirected to PayPal’s secure payment page.
- PayPal Account Holders: Log in, verify payment amount and recipient (Axdeo), and confirm payment.
- Guest Checkout Users: Enter debit/credit card details (processed securely by PayPal; Axdeo never collects/stores card data) and authorize payment.
Step 5: Confirmation
After successful payment, you’ll receive an immediate confirmation from PayPal and a follow-up order confirmation email from Axdeo.
2.2 Process 2: Direct "Pay with PayPal" (Skip Cart)
Step 1: Select "Pay with PayPal" on Product Page
For single-item purchases, click the "Pay with PayPal" button directly on the product detail page (no need to add to cart).
Step 2: Confirm Shipping & Payment
You’ll be redirected to a simplified checkout screen to confirm your shipping address. Once confirmed, click "Continue to PayPal."
Step 3: Finalize Payment
Complete payment through PayPal’s secure gateway (same as Process 1: log in to your PayPal account or use guest checkout).
Step 4: Confirmation
Receive instant PayPal payment confirmation and Axdeo’s order confirmation email shortly after.
3. Payment Confirmation & Order Processing
- A valid order is only confirmed after PayPal authorizes the payment. Pending, declined, or failed payments will not trigger order processing.
- If payment fails, verify:
- Sufficient funds/credit in your PayPal account or linked card.
- Matching billing address (with PayPal account/card).
- No account/card transaction restrictions.
- Resolve issues via PayPal or your financial institution before retrying.
4. Payment Security
- All transactions are encrypted with PayPal’s SSL technology and protected by fraud detection systems.
- Axdeo never accesses your PayPal credentials, card numbers, or sensitive payment data—all information is securely managed by PayPal (compliant with PCI DSS standards).
5. Currency & Charges
- Prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
- Final payment includes product costs, applicable shipping fees, and sales tax (based on shipping address). No hidden charges.
- Non-USD currency payments: PayPal handles conversion at current rates. Your bank may apply additional conversion fees—check with your financial institution.
6. Refunds & Payment Disputes
- Eligible refunds are processed to your original PayPal account (see Return & Exchange Policy). Refunds reflect in 1-3 business days after processing.
- For disputes (unauthorized transactions, double charges):
- Contact Axdeo support at service@axdeo.com with your order number.
- We’ll collaborate with PayPal to resolve issues promptly.
- File a dispute via PayPal’s Resolution Center if needed (per PayPal’s user agreement).
