Payment Policy

1. Accepted Payment Method

Axdeo currently accepts PayPal only as the official payment method for all orders. We do not accept credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or other payment platforms directly.

All payments are securely processed through PayPal’s encrypted payment gateway. Axdeo does not collect, store, or have access to your financial information.

2. Payment Process

We provide two secure checkout methods powered by PayPal.

2.1 Standard Checkout

  1. Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout.
  2. Review order details, including products, shipping costs (if applicable), and taxes.
  3. Select PayPal as your payment method.
  4. You will be redirected to PayPal to complete payment.
  5. After successful payment, you will receive confirmation from PayPal and an order confirmation email from Axdeo.

2.2 Express PayPal Checkout

  1. Click “Pay with PayPal” on a product page.
  2. Confirm shipping information.
  3. Complete payment securely via PayPal.
  4. Receive payment confirmation and order confirmation email.

3. Payment Authorization

Orders are processed only after payment has been successfully authorized by PayPal. Failed, declined, or pending payments will not be processed.

If your payment fails, please verify:

  • Sufficient balance or credit limit
  • Correct billing information
  • No restrictions on your PayPal account or card

If issues persist, contact PayPal or your financial institution before retrying.

4. Payment Security

All transactions are encrypted using PayPal’s SSL security technology and monitored by fraud-prevention systems. PayPal complies with industry security standards, including PCI DSS compliance.

Axdeo never receives or stores your payment credentials.

5. Currency & Charges

  • All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD)
  • Total payment includes product price, applicable shipping fees, and sales tax
  • No hidden charges apply

For payments made in other currencies, PayPal automatically converts funds based on current exchange rates. Your bank or card provider may charge additional conversion fees.

6. Refunds & Disputes

Approved refunds are issued to your original PayPal account according to our Return & Exchange Policy. Refunds typically appear within 1–3 business days after processing.

For payment issues such as unauthorized charges or duplicate payments:

  • Contact us at service@axdeo.com with your order number
  • We will work with PayPal to investigate and resolve the issue

You may also submit a dispute through PayPal’s Resolution Center in accordance with PayPal’s user agreement.
