1. Shipping Eligibility & Restrictions
- Eligible Regions: We ship exclusively to the contiguous United States (mainland), Hawaii, and Alaska.
- Restricted Regions: International shipping (including Canada, Mexico, and other countries/territories) is not available at this time. Orders placed from non-eligible regions will be canceled and refunded automatically.

3. Order Processing Time & Delivery Estimates
3.1 Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed on business days (Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays).
- Standard processing time: 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 3:00 PM ET will be processed the next business day.

- Note: Delivery estimates are business days and do not include order processing time or holidays. Actual delivery may vary slightly due to carrier delays (e.g., weather, logistics disruptions).
4. Customs Duties & Taxes
- For shipments within the United States (including Hawaii and Alaska), no customs duties apply as they are domestic shipments.
- Sales tax is the sole tax responsibility of the customer, calculated based on the shipping address and collected at checkout. The seller does not cover sales tax.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address. You can track your package status through the carrier’s official website or your Axdeo account.
- If you do not receive a tracking number within 3 business days of order placement, please contact our support team at service@axdeo.com.
6. Additional Terms
- We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. Please verify your address carefully before placing an order.
- Lost or damaged packages must be reported within 7 business days of the estimated delivery date. We will assist with claims filed with the carrier, but replacement or refund will be processed only after the carrier confirms the loss/damage.
