Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Regions
We currently ship only within the United States, including:

  • Contiguous United States (48 mainland states)
  • Alaska
  • Hawaii

We do NOT ship to:

  • U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, etc.)
  • APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
  • International destinations
  • Remote or restricted locations where carriers cannot deliver

Orders placed with unsupported addresses will be canceled and fully refunded.


2. Estimated Delivery Time

Sales Tax
Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable state tax laws. No additional handling fees or hidden charges apply.


3. Order Processing Time

  • Processing days: Monday–Friday (excluding U.S. federal holidays)
  • Processing time: 1–2 business days
  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM ET will be processed the next business day.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Contiguous U.S. 3–5 business days
Alaska & Hawaii 5–8 business days

Delivery estimates do not include processing time and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak logistics periods.


5. Order Tracking
After your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address.

You can track your shipment in either of the following ways:

  • Enter the tracking number on our Order Tracking page
  • Track directly through the carrier’s official website

6. Address Accuracy & Delivery Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
We are not responsible for delivery delays or failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by:

  • Carrier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • High shipping volume periods
  • External logistics disruptions
