Return & Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Eligible Returns

You may request a return or exchange if the item meets all of the following conditions:

  • Item is unused, unworn, and undamaged
  • Returned within the allowed return period
  • Original packaging, tags, and accessories are included

Non-Eligible Returns

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if:

  • The item has been used, worn, damaged, or altered
  • The product is customized or personalized (unless defective)
  • Original packaging, tags, or accessories are missing
  • The request is submitted after the return window expires

2. Return Window

Customers must submit a return or exchange request within 30 calendar days from the delivery date. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.


3. Return & Exchange Process

Step 1 — Request Authorization

Email service@axdeo.com with:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return or exchange
  • Product photos (if item is defective or incorrect)

Please include “Return Request” or “Exchange Request” in your subject line.


Step 2 — Receive Instructions

Our support team will review your request and respond within:

  • 24 business hours (Mon–Fri)
  • 48 hours (weekends/holidays)

If approved, you will receive return instructions and the correct return address.
Do not send items back before approval.


Step 3 — Ship Item Back

After approval:

  • Securely package the item
  • Include your order number inside the package
  • Ship the item within 7 days of receiving return approval

Failure to ship within this timeframe may result in cancellation of the request.


Step 4 — Inspection & Resolution

After we receive your return, inspection typically takes 3–5 business days.

If approved:

Refunds

  • Issued within 2 business days after inspection
  • Sent to your original PayPal account
  • PayPal processing time: 1–3 business days

Exchanges

  • Replacement shipped within 2 business days after approval
  • Tracking number sent by email

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • We do not charge restocking or processing fees.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Incorrect or Defective Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide photos of the item and packaging

We will review and offer either:

  • Replacement, or
  • Full refund

6. Important Return Conditions

  • Do not send returns to the original shipping address on your package.
  • Always wait for official return instructions from our support team.
  • Returns sent without authorization may not be processed.
